Terms of use

AiTechJobs publishes job openings from technology employers in India as short videos, together with the role details those employers supply. We are a publisher and an introduction point. We are not a recruitment agency, we are not your employer or prospective employer, and we are not a party to any hiring decision.

Browsing, watching and applying are free, and no account is required. You agree not to scrape the site at a scale that degrades it for others, not to misrepresent yourself as AiTechJobs or as an employer we publish, and not to use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to the employers listed on it.

Before publishing a role we confirm with a person on the hiring team that it is genuinely open, require a stated salary band, and check that the apply link reaches a working application form. When an employer tells us a role is filled, we unpublish it.

What that does not mean: we cannot guarantee that a role is still open at the moment you view it, that the salary band will be honoured in an individual offer, that you will receive a response to an application, or that any employer's own statements about themselves are accurate. The details on each page come from the employer. If you find something inaccurate, tell us and we'll correct or remove it.

Apply buttons take you to the employer's own website. Everything that follows — screening, interviews, offers, rejections, and how your data is handled — is between you and that employer, under their terms and their privacy policy. We receive no copy of your application and have no ability to influence the outcome.

The videos, page design, written copy and branding on this site belong to AiTechJobs or to the employers who supplied the material, and may not be reproduced or redistributed commercially without permission. Employer names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify the hiring organisation. You are welcome to share links to any public page.

We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we provide it on an "as available" basis. Pages may be unavailable during maintenance or outages, and listings may be removed at any time — usually because a role has been filled, which is the system working correctly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiTechJobs is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from any interaction with an employer found through it, including decisions you make about which roles to pursue, time spent applying, or the conduct of an employer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Employers who list with us additionally agree that: the roles submitted are genuinely open, the salary bands stated are accurate and offered in good faith, the apply link is monitored, and they will notify us promptly when a role is filled so the listing can be removed. We may decline or withdraw any listing, including for withholding a salary band or for publishing a role that is not real.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be described here rather than applied silently.
