About
We'd rather show you the job than describe it.
AiTechJobs turns real openings at Indian AI and technology teams into 60-second videos — the work, the people, the stack and the salary — so you can decide in a minute instead of a fortnight.
Why this exists
A job description tells you what a company is willing to write down. It doesn't tell you who you'd sit next to, what the work actually looks like on a Tuesday, or whether the pay is anywhere near what you need. So candidates apply blind, in volume, and hope.
That has become measurably worse. The average opening now attracts 244 applications, more than double the 116 it drew in 2022, and in a 2024 survey of 649 hiring managers, 40% admitted their company had posted a job that wasn't real. Applying harder isn't the answer when the listing itself can't be trusted.
A minute of video answers what a page of text can't. You see the team, you hear the work described by the people doing it, and you see the number before you invest a single evening. If it isn't for you, you've lost sixty seconds.

What we hold ourselves to
These are the rules we run the platform by. If we ever break one, it's fair to hold it against us.
Every role is confirmed with a human
Before a video is published we speak to someone on the hiring team and confirm the role is genuinely open. When they tell us it's filled, the video comes down. We would rather publish four roles a month than four hundred we can't vouch for.
Salary is a condition of listing, not a nice-to-have
If an employer won't state a salary band, we don't publish the role. This costs us listings. We think a job search where you learn the pay after three rounds of interviews is broken, and the only way to fix it is to refuse to participate.
We never sell candidate data
There is no candidate database here, no profile to build, and no recruiter marketplace. Applying takes you to the employer's own form. We don't see your résumé, and we have nothing to resell.
We show our sources
Every statistic on this site links to the primary research behind it. We have removed widely-quoted numbers when we couldn't trace them to a real study — including one whose own publisher now says it was never research.
How we make money
Employers pay us to produce and publish their hiring video. That is the entire business model, and we're stating it plainly because it determines whose interests we serve when they conflict.
What that money does not buy: a guaranteed placement in search results, the removal of the salary requirement, or access to anyone who watched the video. An employer who won't disclose pay doesn't get published no matter what they're willing to spend.
Job seekers pay nothing, are not the product, and are not tracked across the web for advertising.
How a video gets made
A hiring team tells us which roles are open and shares the salary band.
We record a 60-second video with the people who'd actually be working alongside the hire.
We check the apply link resolves to a live application form before publishing.
The listing goes up with the salary visible on the card, no login required to view it.
When the team tells us the role is filled, we unpublish the video.
Corrections, questions, complaints
If a listing on this site is inaccurate, out of date, or a role turns out not to be real, tell us and we'll take it down. That's not a formality — a platform whose entire claim is verification has to act when the verification fails.
